Charley F. Conrad has been in the field of commercial industrial real estate in Colorado Springs since 1985. Mr. Conrad continued his formal education earning the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member CCIM designation in 1991. The CCIM designation requires the successful completion of 200 hours of graduate-level classroom curriculum and extensive transaction experience.

During his thirty plus years in commercial real estate in Colorado Springs, Mr. Conrad has completed industrial property transactions representing millions of square feet of research-development, warehouse-distribution and manufacturing space.
