Businessman & entrepreneur, Charles Mueller has practiced all facets of Real Estate for 30 years. He is President of Synergis LLC and Principal Owner of NAI Rio Grande Valley. Charles has extensive development and management expertise and has led commercial and residential projects in Texas, Colorado, and the Virgin Islands. Skilled in real estate acquisition, development and management, he is also active in promoting innovative and profitable business partnerships. His latest significant venture is the Center on Ridge, a Mixed Use center in Pharr, Texas just South of Top Golf. In addition to real estate brokerage and development, Mr. Mueller is actively engaged in property management. He has an eye for detail that is uncommon in our market according to one of his tenants. Mr. Muellers knowledge of construction helps him to diagnose and troubleshoot issues before they become big problems. Charles understands the entitlement and subdivision process having dealt with many different jurisdictions in different states over the years. Prior to establishing NAI Rio Grande Valley in 2004, Charles founded and remains the President of Synergis LLC. He is a licensed Realtor in Colorado and has led commercial and residential projects in Texas, Colorado, and the Virgin Islands. Charles has extensive knowledge in dealing with all types of land. From designing a master plan and developing to property management Mr. Mueller has the experience and knowledge to deliver a successful product.
