Charles Jonas serves as the Senior Managing Director leading Capital Markets for Foundrys Development & Investment platform while also helping lead its Service business. Charles applies a diverse and extensive 20-year real estate background to these endeavors which include capital raises, brokerage, market growth, and management.

As head of Capital Markets, Charles connects capital with specific Foundry investment or development opportunities that match the long-term investment strategies of our clients.

As a Services leader at Foundry, Charles has direct oversight for the Carolina and Texas markets, helps drive companys overall growth in strategic geographical markets, leads acquisitions and recruitment of talent, and works with clients on execution of their investment thesis.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Charles led JLL's Regional Agency Leasing Team in the Carolinas helping to grow its client base to over 8M SF of office assets. Prior to JLL, Charles led multiple divisions at a regional real estate firm, Trinity Partners, including Senior Leasing Agent, Managing Director for Business Development, and Managing Director of the Tenant Representation Group.
