Before joining Hamilton Real Estate Group in 2016, Chad spent 16 years specializing in commercial banking. Chad holds the CCIM designation which is one of the most respected designations in the industry and is held by less than 10 of commercial real estate professionals. Chad works with all aspects of commercial real estate, with specialties in multifamily development and management, investment sales, and land sales. Chad's banking and real estate experience, commitment to excellence, and his extensive business network add significant value to his client relationships. Being a lifelong resident of Rochester, Chad is a deeply rooted member of the community.

Chad and his wife Amy have two children. When they are not found on the sidelines of soccer fields or on the softball field, they are enjoying time traveling and enjoying life's experiences.
