Carol Plowman, president and sole owner of Carol D. Plowman, Inc., is a Founding Principal of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services. Lee & Associates was founded in 1979 and is one of the nation's largest commercial real estate companies in with 65 offices located throughout the United States.

Ms. Plowman began her real estate career in 1983 with the Orange office of Lee & Associates, where she was made a Principal in 1985. She was the first woman to achieve this status in the firm. In 1987, along with four of her colleagues, she committed to relocate to the Inland Empire to assist in founding the Ontario office of Lee & Associates. Ms. Plowman was also an organizing principal of the Lee & Associates office in Riverside California which opened in 1989. Ms. Plowman has focused her efforts on the sale and development of retailhospitalityreligious facilitiesoffice and commercially zoned land within Inland Empire, and the Southern California market place.

Within a three mile radius of the Ontario International Airport Ms. Plowman has sold land and assisted in entitling nine of the most recent hotel developments as well as in the development of over 350 acres of land for various types of development.

In 2007 Southern California Real Estate Magazine honored Ms. Plowman as one of the most influential women in commercial real estate and a leading expert on the Inland Empire. In addition to her busy career, Ms. Plowman is actively involved with various philanthropic organizations.

Despite working on multi-million dollar transactions and being one of the leading brokers in the area, she still makes time for smaller clients. Ms. Plowman is known for her commitment, and for providing opportunities that carefully consider all parties involved. She continues to represent clients with whom that she began her real estate career over 35 years ago.

Ms. Plowman's extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry was preceded by a management marketing and finance career with Avis Leasing Corporation.

Ms. Plowman resides in the Dana Point, has been married for 33 years and is the proud parent of five children. She is actively involved with the planned growth of several cities in the Inland Empire and is continually refining her abilities to be of valued service to the community, her colleagues and her clientele.
