Carlos Velasquez is an Executive Managing Director and leads the brokerage team for VIVO Real Estate Group, Inc. and has over 20 years of experience in all facets of the industrial real estate industry. He joined VIVO Real Estate Group in 2001 and has been instrumental in growing the firm's leasing portfolio.

Carlos has mastered a wide range of skills, from representing highly-specialized tenants to advising some of the most prominent landlords in South Florida.

Prior to joining VIVO Real Estate Group, Inc., Carlos owned and operated a gymnastics business where he achieved national recognition and was even invited to participate in the 1996 Olympic Games.

Carlos most enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He often travels to remote locations seeking out adventures in nature for the family to enjoy and loves to conduct science experiments with his daughter.
