Since beginning his career in the commercial real estate market, Carl has worked with many different types of companies, ranging from medical offices, to restaurants, to mattress stores, to trampoline parks. With his background in business, an MBA, and a CCIM, he can help navigate the complexities of the purchasesale or leasing of a property. Carl's in-depth knowledge of finance and commercial real estate allow him to create effective strategies to meet his customers' needs and objectives.

Over the years, Carl has managed companies and owns properties, which gives him the understanding in all aspects of business operations including financial management, contract negotiation, administration, space planning, move management, and organizational policy and procedures. Carl seeks to build strong relationships and deliver quality service in every transaction.

Carl currently resides in Lake Oswego, Oregon. In his spare time, Carl enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. His hobbies include traveling, skiing, basketball, and camping. Carl was also a magician in his younger days, he even considered turning professional.
