Caleb is a part of the 2022 Colorado Governor's Fellowship and Board Member of the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado. He had the privilege of serving as the 2019 President of the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers SCCB Association and is a part of the Colorado Springs Small Business Advancement team www.cosopenforbiz.com, developed in partnership with the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC. He also serves on the ReTool COS Committee and serves as a Consultant with the Small Business Development Center in El Paso County.

With almost 20 years in the non-profit sector, Caleb's desire is to use his platform and resources to bring awareness to social justice issues and to vulnerable and oppressed people on the margins. He is the Founder and President of The Table Initiative, a non-profit organization dedicated to building relationships between global communities.
