ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Caitlin Gary

Caitlin is best known for her work negotiating for office and retail tenants and buyers, and has been featured as one of Austin Business Journal's Heavy Hitters and Profiles in Power. She also has represented the sellers for several downtown Austin retailoffice buildings and her areas of expertise include sales, tenant and buyer representation, lease renewal and purchase negotiations, relocations, lease restructuring, lease vs. purchase analysis, and subleasing.

In 2022, she joined JW Development and currently specializes in sales and investments, and purposes to help her clients make decisions that have meaningful impacts on their businesses and portfolios today, and for years ahead. Persistent, and strategic with a will to win, Caitlin has served as a top producer and valued partner for her clients.

A native Austinite, and resident of East Austin, Caitlin has a deep love for our city and serving in the city's continued exponential growth. Caitlin currently serves as a Community Organizer for New Leaf, a social enterprise by the Multicultural Refugee Coalition and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Travis County, for children in the foster system. She is also a committee member of Impact Austin and a member of Rosa Rebellion's 2022 cohort of the "White Board".
