During this time he has been involved in various elements of leasing, sales and management of neighborhood, regional shopping centers, office buildings, apartment communities and industrial properties. Site selection projects include major grocery stores, banks, credit unions and restaurant chains. Development experience includes build-to-suit properties, retail and land developments. Burris, owner and principal broker formed Gulftex Properties in 1990. Burris is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the National association or Realtors.
