Bryson Boylan is a Director at RIPCO Real Estate and a member of the Tampa Investment Properties Group specializing in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties.

Bryson focuses on single-tenant retail investment sales throughout the state of Florida, of assets valued between $2 million and $20 million. He also handles assignments in other markets based on client needs.

Bryson started his career as an associate working for Matthews Real Estate where he advised his clients to preserve and create wealth by providing them with the best real estate investment research, advisory, financing, and transaction services available. During his tenure at Matthews, he advised clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties including net leased retail and shopping centers nationwide.
