Bryan represents a variety of properties from small unanchored strip centers for individual owners to multi-anchor power centers for institutional landlords. Signature projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area include Gateway Station in Burleson, Rockwall Crossing, Mansfield Town Center and Weatherford Marketplace.
Bryan has also represented many local, region and national tenants on the corporate and franchisee level on the expansion of their real estate strategy. He enjoys working with first-time business owners and guiding them through the lease process.

Bryan began his real estate career in Fort Worth as an intern for the Norman Lindley Company while still attending TCU. After graduating he joined the Haydn Cutler Company in 1987 as a retail leasing agent and moved to The Woodmont Company in 1988. In 1992 Bryan joined Progressive Concept Hawk Electronics, a regional wireless retailer and service provider, where he was Director of Agent Sales and Operations. Bryan recruited, trained and serviced a network of independent wireless retailers in Texas and Arkansas who activated cellular phone services through Hawk. From 2005 to 2010, Bryan served as general partner in partnership managing and leasing a variety of income properties in Tarrant and Johnson counties. He returned to Woodmont in 2007.
