Brian Melkesian is a Principal and Senior Vice President with Lee & Associates - Ontario. Brian is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University in Pomona with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Brian joined Lee & Associates - Ontario in October 2007 and was elected to be a Principal Senior Vice President in February 2014. He is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR). Prior to joining Lee & Associates - Ontario, Brian worked in sales and marketing for the aerospace manufacturing industry for over 20 years. Brian specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties and retail investment sales, in addition to land and industrial building sales.

Brian represents a variety of client types that include high net worth individuals, family trusts, pension funds, capital management firms and large corporations. As Senior Vice President & Principal of Lee & Associates-Ontario with an 8 year track record and solid relationships, Brian has completed over 600 sale and lease transactions.

Brian specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties and industrial properties in addition to retail investment properties throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. Brian represents a variety of client types that include high net worth individuals, family trusts, pension funds, capital management firms and large corporations. Brian has completed over 800 sale and lease transactions. Brian focuses primarily on the representation of building Owners, Buyers and Tenants in the office and NNN investment sector of the commercial real estate market.
