Brett D. Fugman started his commercial real estate career in 1989 in Newport Beach, CA. with The Irvine Company. At The Irvine Company, Brett worked within the Office Properties Division and specifically on the Office Towers of Fashion Island. In 1991, Brett moved back to his home town of Fresno and began working specializing in Office Properties. In 1997, Brett began working at Fortune Associates within the Office Division. Over the last ten years, Brett was exclusively involved in over 7,000,000 square feet of office space and sold over $200,000,000 of commercial property. Additionally he specializes in exclusive tenant representation in the Central Valley market. In 1995 Brett began developing and acquiring properties within multiple disciplines including but not limited to, commercial, retail, industrial, multi-family properties with the Central Valley. Brett is 51 years old and a graduate from University of Southern California with a degree in Real Property Management and Development. Brett is married with two children and resides in Fresno, California.
