Trimble has created an excellent relationship with multiple large developers including Weber & Company, Provident Realty, and Kimco. Trimble represents his retail and restaurant clients along with developing their operations through strategic retail expansion plans and tactical site evaluation. He works with both individuals and developers interested in the city's coveted properties.

He has two beautiful children with his wife Megan.
