Brandon Shear, Senior Advisor, specializes in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties in Cleveland, Ohio. With a specialized degree in Economics and extensive experience in Finance, Brandon is able to accurately analyze high-level financial data and trends to provide clients with prominent investor insights. Prior to joining BWE Investment Sales, Brandon worked at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services where he helped facilitate the transaction of numerous multifamily deals in Ohio. Before that he worked for Millenia Housing Management with the accounting division focusing on managing the portfolios replacement reserves. Along with his accounting background with Millenia, he has extensive experience with A.L.L Laundry Service working alongside both the President of Financing and Sales Manager. There he developed proforma analysis for acquisition targets; as well as cliental relationship management, and development.
