A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Bradham began his career in multifamily construction and development with two of the nations leaders in residential development, C.F. Evans and NVR Homes. During his time with both companies, Bradham gained a strong understanding of all the moving parts of horizontal and vertical development which he employs today when advising his clients.

In addition to his 8 years of professional experience, Bradham attributes his a large part of his success to growing up in his familys real estate brokerage company. Growing up in the business provided a unique and valuable exposure to this industry and has fueled his affinity for the world of real estate. His responsiveness, negotiation skills, integrity, and customer service commitment go unmatched. Simply put, Bradhams main goal is to always ensure his clients goals are met.
