Brad Kowit began his career in real estate upon graduating from The Ohio State University in 1987. At present, with over 20 years of experience, Brad has engaged in all aspects of the business and has gained a thorough knowledge and understanding of the market. He has assembled hundreds of land parcels for retailers' build to suit purposes, and has also been a key player in the assembly of land for over 5 million square feet of space in major power centers across Northeast Ohio. He has assisted more than fifty retailers in entering and expanding into the market. His knowledge of leasing, development, investments, and tenant representation has made Brad one of the most successful brokers in the market.

Brad has taken on various ownership and redevelopment ventures spanning the office and retail markets, including the renovation, management, and leasing of a 225,000 sf mixed use property in Lakewood, OH. He oversees the day to day operations of the brokerage business, as well as the operation of Beachwood Property Management and the many properties owned by himself and his partners. His current focus is on the acquisition and development of sites for retailers throughout the Midwest, specifically the building and developing of Family Dollar Stores throughout St. Louis and Ohio.
