With more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Brad Kluever leads First Industrial Realty Trusts investment and leasing efforts in the Houston market and is also responsible for sourcing investment opportunities in several other key markets.

As Regional DirectorMarket Leader for First Industrial Realty Trust, Mr. Kluever manages acquisitions, speculative and build-to-suit developments, and lease negotiations for the Companys Houston portfolio. In addition, he works closely with regional directors in both Denver and Florida to source and execute new investment opportunities, including building and land acquisitions and developments. Mr. Kluever began his career at First Industrial serving as Regional Investment Analyst for the Central and East regions and reported directly to First Industrials Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder, Johannson Yap.

Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Kluever was Director of Asset Management for a private equity investment firm in the Chicago area.
