ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Brad Elmore

Brad is the managing partner and Co-Founder of NewFound Partners, with 12 years of experience across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate asset classes. With a commercial broker's license, Brad oversees all NewFound's land acquisition and is instrumental in the daily operations for our investments. Prior to NewFound Partners, Brad completed over 300 real estate transactions with an aggregate value of more than $3 billion in volume. This experience provides depth and creativity to the team's origination, capital formation, asset management, and government relations efforts. Prior to focusing on principal-side investment, Brad had been a regular recipient the Houston Business Journal "Heavy Hitter" awards.

Brad is a director of the boards of the Houston Racquet Club and Harris County Improvement District 14. Brad received a BA in Economics from the University of Tennessee, and an MBA from Rice University where he served as President of his class.
