Brad Balbo specializes in leasing, valuation, and redevelopment of retail shopping centers and excels in all things restaurant related. His primary focus at SRS is land sales, landlord representation, tenant representation and investment sales along-side the Phoenix team.
Brad brings more than 23 years of experience to SRS having started his career with Trammell Crow Company in the 1990s. Brad was a top producer and launched that into a successful career of leasing, development, and investment sales. During the 2000s, he joined Pacific Capital Investments as Director of Leasing and Principal where he helped grow the investment portfolio to over $800 million, and managed a team of brokers across the Western U.S. Prior to joining SRS, he worked with a boutique firm in Scottsdale, where he was a top producer. While there, he focused on leasing and investment sales, developing new business, creating and implementing marketing programs, training new hires, and contributing articles to national publications such as CoStar and Globe St.
Brad works with several corporate clients including but not limited to Walmart, Sams Club, Bowlero and LA Fitness focusing on land and building dispositions. He comes highly recommended by individuals in the industry and is known for his integrity, passion, positive attitude, leadership, and creative marketing strategies.
