ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Boyd Binninger

Boyd Binninger began his career in commercial real estate in 1997. Prior to joining the ASU Team, Boyd was involved in the Finance Department of the Farm Credit System. He also served as CEO and General Manager of BW Implement Company, a manufacturer of farming implements. With experience in both of these fields, it was a natural progression towards a career in commercial real estate. He started as an industrial specialist for ASU and is now the Senior Vice President of the Industrial Services Group.

During the past 20 years, Boyd has been involved in transactions as small as incubator spaces for start-up companies to the sale of large manufacturing facilities. He has also participated in investment property transactions for selected clients. He has represented tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers.
