ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Bobby Bagwell

Bobby returned home to Augusta Georgia where he began his career in Commercial and Residential Project Management. His construction experience included building Townhomes, Single Family Homes, Convenience Stores, Commercial Build-outs, Historic Mixed Use Renovations, Residential Remodels, and Multi-Tenant Retail Centers.

Following his years of Construction Management, Bobby entered into Real Estate Development, overseeing all aspects of single family and mixed use development, serving as Project Manager for 7 years at Hammond's Ferry in North Augusta, followed by 2 years in the New Homes Division of Meybohm Realty.

Bobby joined the Prather Company in 2019 and brings 18 years of experience in Construction and Real Estate Development to assist clients in meeting their development goals. Since joining the Prather Company he has assisted clients with Site Selection for Commercial and Residential Development and served as a Development Consultant. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Georgia and South Carolina as well as a Licensed General Contractor in Georgia.
