ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Bob Springer

Bob Springer is a founding Principal of Commercial Industrial Properties and specializes in land development, industrial and office leasing, and sales. He has a deep understanding of the development process and utilizes his expertise to execute creative solutions for his clients.

Bob is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), having earned his pin in 2015. He is a board member of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and served as the President of CTCAR in 2020. Bob is the broker of record for Commercial Industrial Properties, LLC.

Prior to forming Commercial Industrial Properties, Bob spent six years with two different brokerages. Before brokerage, Bob spent 13 years with the Economic Development Department of the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA), where he assisted Central Texas communities with their business recruitment and relocations efforts and site selection processes. His efforts resulted in the creation of more than 3,000 jobs and $200M in capital investment in Central Texas.

Born in Houston but with family ties to Austin, Bob graduated from Texas State with a Masters in Business Administration. He is passionate about his volunteer organizations, including the Celebration Church and MANUP. Bob is also a licensed security and personal protection officer in the state of Texas. In his free time, Bob enjoys the outdoors with his wife and 5 kids, whether that's coaching, hunting, fishing, or camping.
