ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Bob Gross

Mr. Gross is an Executive Vice President of JLLs Great Lakes Region. He provides solutions and real estate expertise to corporate users on a national and international basis. This includes real estate strategy development, transaction and portfolio management and consulting services. He also represents institutional and entrepreneurial building owners in the development and execution of leasing campaigns for their assets.

Mr. Gross has significant experience in understanding issues faced by the corporate real estate user as well as the institutional owner. Mr. Gross acted as both Transaction and Relationship Manager for JLLs strategic alliance with Key Bank. Responsibilities included the management and oversight of all real estate transactions and was responsible for improvement opportunities and real estate strategies that delivered continued savings to the enterprise.

Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Gross was a broker with Colliers International in Cleveland, Ohio. He began his career at Ernst and Young.
