Bob is a Broker and Owner of Coldwell Banker First Equity, Realtors. He has been in the real estate business and real estate development for over 40 years.
Since the downtown office building boom of the late 1970's early 1980's, no multiple tenant office buildings have been built in downtown Amarillo. Only three full city block assemblages have taken place since that time period, all occurring in the past five years with Bob Garrett or other Coldwell Banker team members representing the acquiring parties.
