ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Blake Federinko

At a young age, Blake knew he wanted to be a commercial real estate broker like his father. It was always his plan to obtain his broker's license following his Bachelor's Degree. In 2014, he joined his father Derek Federinko in the Investment Division of MAJ Commercial Real Estate. Together they established a strong network of investors and completed many successful investment transactions.

Further enhancing Blake's ability to provide expert representation to clients is his own background of building a personal real estate investment portfolio which now includes a variety of Multi-Family and Net Leased Investments.
