William (Bill) M. Gladstone, CCIM, SIOR has maintained a high profile while associated with NAI CIR, the largest commercial industrial real estate firm between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. His success is due to the regional and national companies that have requested his services for acquisitions, expansions and relocations within Central Pennsylvania over the last 35 years. Additionally, local companies and individuals he has represented have become repeat clients.
Bill's success with sellers/landlords and buyers/tenants comes from his attention to detail and a strong desire to satisfy the individual needs of each client. Bill keeps transactions moving swiftly by bringing related services into the transaction as needed: engineering, construction, environmental, legal, interior design, architectural, etc. Additionally, as evidenced by his CCIM and SIOR designations, Bill is on the leading edge of education and technology.

With an annual sales volume over 30M for each of the last five years, Bill and his group handle a large percentage of NAI CIR's annual transactions.

Outside of the office, he enjoys the adventure of skiing with his grandchildren, dance classes with his wife, going to the gym, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Bill resides with his wife, Karen, in Mechanicsburg, PA and they have three grown children and five grandchildren.
