He provides specialized knowledge in dealership facilities redevelopment, warehouse leasing and business expansion, which includes site selection and the disposition of related property. Bill has a proven history of identifying client objectives, setting aggressive goals and defining direction, allowing him and his clients to perform and achieve at the highest level.

Bill and his lovely wife, Lalis, have been married for more than 36 years, and they enjoy a family of 5 children and 3 grandchildren The family attends Christ the King Catholic Church, where they are active in the community. Bill and Lalis enjoy the outdoors, and they love to travel, read and cook.
