Since joining Venture Commercial in 2015, he has focused primarily on tenant representation and project leasing with some of the nation's top retailers, restaurants, and landlords, specifically for new&45;to&45;market tenants and groups focusing on the urban core.

Benjamin has been integral in the expansion plans for multiple clients, including Clean Juice, Academy Sports Outdoors, Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Laser Away, and various local tenants. Benjamin's motivation is on building market entrance and new growth strategies while providing critical and transparent real estate counsel in order to create a trusted partnership with his clients.
