Benjamin was formerly the head of corporate real estate and capital markets for Brolliet SA, one of Geneva, Switzerlands premier real estate companies, where he represented occupiers on the sale of assets for $480 Million and the lease of 1,750,000 square feet of office (70), high-end retail (15) and industrial sites (15).
