ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Ben Starr

Ben joined Atlantic in 2001 from Fameco now CBRE in the Philadelphia market.Ben has worked with a mix of REITS and private investors, marketing their retail assets. These owners include Kimco, Acadia, Black Creek, and the Grossman Company among others Wegmans in Burlington, Massachusetts, Kohls in Bedford, New Hampshire, LA Fitness in Natick, Massachusetts and Trader Joes in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Ben lives in downtown Boston and sits on the board of the Boston Main Streets Foundation. He has run twelve marathons, most recently New York City in 2018 on behalf of the Martin Richard Foundation.
