ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Barrett Gibson

Mr. Gibson specializes in industrial tenant and buyer representation, property disposition, designconstruct, build-to-suit evaluations, development and investment transactions. He has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience in the industrial and land sector and represents clients with a local presence as well as clients nationally and internationally.

In 2014, Barrett was a Colliers' Everest Award recipient. This award, created in 2011, is bestowed upon the top 10 of all Colliers professionals in brokerage, valuation and corporate solutions across the U.S. business based on revenue production.

Previously Barrett was a Senior Broker at NAI Houston for more than 10 years. In late 2011, he became Managing Principal at Cresa Houston when his firm, Houston-based Gibson & Granello Realty Partners LLC, merged with the local Cresa office.
