Anthony joined Howard Hanna Commercial (now Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis) in 2009. Anthony provides a full range of professional services, including, but not limited to: Investment Real Estate, Re-Development Projects, and LandlordTenant Representations.
Son of the co-founder of Cost Brothers, Inc. (now Cost Corporation) and Cost Realty, Anthony began his career with Cost Brothers. Beginning as a bricklayer, he learned the construction and real estate business from the ground up. He served as a Vice President and as a project manager on many of the largest commercial masonry projects in Western Pennsylvania.
Anthony founded C&A Partners that focused on the development of residential apartments and luxury townhouses. He also owned and managed Cost Apparel Group, Inc., one of the largest specialty advertising businesses in the Pittsburgh area.
This Pittsburgh native grew up in the Highland Park area, graduated from Central Catholic High School, and attended the University of Pittsburgh.
