Ann is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and commercial real estate broker with more than 27 years of real estate experience in commercial brokerage, holding licenses in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Florida. Ann heads Emory Hills newest office in Lewes, DE which focuses on commercial brokerage in Kent and Sussex counties.

Prior to joining NAI Emory Hill, Ann was previously with Jackson Cross Partners and employed by the original Jackson Cross Company in Pennsylvania for 16 years where she specialized in multi-family properties. She also was a commercial broker with CB Richard Ellis in Naples, FL and Philadelphia.
