Anita Marie Artukovich has been an active real estate broker in the Downtown Los Angeles markets since 1982, specializing in the sale and lease of commercialindustrial properties, leased investments, build-to-suit projects, renovation of functional obsolete historic properties, land development, and consultation. Anita has extensive experience with family trust ownerships and private investors. Her core competencies involve sensitive environmental issues, along with complex legal and tax matters affecting real property dispositions.
She is a PrincipalOwner of Lee & Associates, Inc. Commercial Real Estate Services, the largest regional commercial and industrial real estate brokerage company in the United States. Anita joined Lee & Associates in August 1990, participating in equity ownership as a shareholder and principal, including venture capital ownership in most offices. Having completed thousands of commercialindustrial investment sale, lease and development transactions in excess of $800 million.
