My interest in real estate began in my childhood with our family Monopoly games. After a 18 year first career in the business of sports, I returned to that interest by working in real estate first as a property manager and then as an asset manager.
The years between 2008 and 2014 were challenging for many real estate owners, but from my perspective, full of opportunity. As an asset manager, not one of my clients properties fell into receivership. All of them were successfully re-positioned with new tenants, and new loans. At that point, it was time for another transition into real estate brokerage.
Today, one key aspect of my real estate practice is working with entrepreneurs and emerging businesses, providing a long term strategic solutions to their corporate real estate needs. Another key aspect is working with individuals, families, family trusts and family offices to build wealth by investing in income producing real estate. These two aspects are direct reflections of who I am the son of an immigrant, entrepreneurial family pursuing the quintessential American Dream.
