Andy has over thirty years of commercial real estate experience in the development, leasing, and sales of office, retail, and industrial properties. His experience in development gives him an edge (landlord's perspective) when negotiating leases on behalf of the landlord or the tenant. Andy is known for his strong work ethic and high level of customer service. Landlords, tenants, and other brokers know that he will fight for his clients.

Andy is very active within the community acting as a GED tutor for Metrocrest Services, serving on the City of Carrollton Property Standards Boards as well as serving as a stage hand during the Super Bowl in 2011. Andy also likes to relax with his wife and two children as he follows the Stars in the chase for the cup!
