Andrew's experience includes leasing and sales of industrial, R&D, land and office properties throughout the East Bay and Silicon Valley. He has completed over 2.8 million square feet of leasing and sale transactions, generating an excess of $300 million in consideration for his clients. He has formed strong relationships with national developers and investors as well as, local tenants and landlords. Andrew prides himself on providing precise, real-time market knowledge.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, he was responsible for overseeing approximately 10 million square feet of real estate, owned & operated by Prologis (NYSE:PLD), the world's largest industrial REIT. During his time there, he successfully negotiated over $30 million in lease transactions, totaling over 2 million square feet.
While attending UC Berkeley, he was an All-American water polo player. Andrew lives in the East Bay with his wife and three children.
