Andrew Prater is currently a Broker Associate with Mid-America Real Estate Wisconsin, L.L.C. and a member of the Property Representation and Sales Team.
Mr. Prater's responsibilities include land and asset sales, development, and retail leasing. He coordinates with Mid-America Real Estate's clients' excess land and building dispositions, as well as being actively involved in the leasing and marketing of neighborhood and community centers within the Mid-America client portfolio.
Prior to joining Mid-America Real Estate, Andrew was an Investment Associate with M&I Wealth Management. Prior to his time with M&I Wealth Management, he was a Financial Analyst for Alexander & Bishop Ltd., a Wisconsin commercial real estate investment and development firm located in Oshkosh.
