ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Andrew Phelan

Andrew Phelan is an investment sales associate in the Houston office of Weitzman, where he focuses on multitenant and singletenant retail properties. As an investment sales broker, he handles both acquisition and disposition of investment properties in the Houston area, as well as surrounding markets. Prior to joining Weitzman, he interned on the retail investment sales team at Marcus & Millichap in Houston. Additionally, Phelan interned for Fuller Land and Development, a boutique development firm in Raleigh, North Carolina.
