In Andrew's 30 plus years in Commercial Real Estate, he has built his reputation on delivering service to his clients that embodies both integrity and honesty. He has been successful in bringing large clients to the Greater Rochester area, and continues to maintain a very strong relationship with Rochesters' community partners to bring the best results to his customers.

As a lifetime resident of Rochester, Andrew believes in giving back to the community through a deeply rooted philanthropic passion for housing and real estate as a tool to address social needs. Andrew has participated in many boards and organizations. He presently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Brighton and is a community volunteer for East House Corporation.

A graduate of Elmira College, Mr. Dollingers major clients include Wegmans Food Markets, Benderson Development, and Alluco Management. His recent notable transactions include the Five Star Bank Regional Headquarters in downtown Rochester and the sale of a 250,000 SF warehouse in suburban Rochester.
