Andy Clemens joined SRS Real Estate Partners in January of 2020 as a senior vice president in the Denver office. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation at both the national and local level. Since beginning his career in New York City, Andy has completed hundreds of transactions. His deep knowledge and vast experience closing retail deals makes him an incredible resource for both landlords and tenants. Throughout his career hes received many awards, recognitions and promotions for his outstanding sales and leadership efforts.

He sits on the retail committee at the Downtown Denver Partnership. He spends his free time with his dog, Butch, in the mountains skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, and hunting.
