ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Alyssa Waters

Alyssa Waters entered Commercial Real Estate in December of 2013 and joined the Southpace Properties team in January of 2019. She specializes in TenantLandlord Representation and Acquisition and Deposition. Alyssa works hard to ensure each of her clients feels as though they are her only client and loves serving their unique requirements. She is also passionate about working with young brokers and females looking to break into the industry, believing that anyone coming in needs the right encouragement and a positive place to learn. Happily married to her husband of 12 years, Alyssa and Chris have 2 beautiful girls, Blakely and Avery. She is involved with Church of the Highlands and serves weekly at a transitional homeless shelter. In the fall of 2019, Alyssa began pursuing leadership development and a Certificate of Ministry Leadership from Highlands College and graduated in May of 2021.
