ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Allison Perry

Allison Perry works as a Real Estate Advisor with MacKenzie's southern brokerage team, focusing primarily on building tenant and landlord relations throughout the I-95 Corridor. Working in the Columbia office, Allison generates new leasing prospects, identifies opportunities for represented clients, and supports business development initiatives.

Prior to joining MacKenzie, Allison worked for the Maryland Bankers Association (MBA) as their Government Affairs Manager. While at MBA, Allison supported the Government Relations executive team on many national, state and local regulatory and banking policy issues, with the most namely being the Dodd-Frank Act. Allison also worked in the healthcare industry through the implementation of the Affordable Care Act as the Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator for a successful start-up Medicaid Managed Care Organization, which was acquired by a major Maryland hospital system. In her spare time, Allison volunteers for the National Brain Tumor Society and is a Coach for Girls on the Run of the Great Chesapeake Region.
