ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Alicia Wittman

As a member of Hanna Commercial Real Estate and Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, Alicia focuses on industrial sales, regional landlordtenant representation, market analysis, site selection, and territory expansion. Alicia continues to service both the Buffalo and Rochester markets within New York State.

As a previous business owner and current landlord within New York, she has firsthand knowledge of the issues and challenges that her clients face on a daily basis.

Before moving to Hanna Commercial Real Estate, Alicia worked for several years at Hunt Commercial Real Estate in Buffalo, NY as their Commercial Operations Manager and Industrial Sales Specialist. In that capacity, she managed day to day operations, compliance, marketing, recruitment, business development, and several other functions in addition to being a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Before entering into the Real Estate Industry, Alicia worked for Nextel (pre-Sprint merger), Ingram Micro and DIRECTV. In those positions, she was responsible for multi-state territory development with a strong record of overachieving in each organization.

Alicia was a Subway Franchisee, is a Niagara University graduate, has an MBA from Florida Metropolitan University and holds an honorable discharge from the United States Army Reserve.
