ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Alex Wisnoski

Alex is very familiar and knowledgeable in the City of Huntsville, from the time when he lived and worked there, while also serving the community through university functions.

After graduation, Alex got his start in Commercial Real Estate in the summer of 2012. As an intern for The National Realty Group TNRG he assisted brokers and agents in tracking down vital information that pertained to certain developments in and around the Greater Houston Area. The following year, Alex obtained his real estate license and his career began. While gaining the necessary tools and fortifying his understanding of the industries common practices, he excelled quicker than any other first year in the company that year.

Due to his background knowledge and experience he learned from TNRG, he is now repositioned that focus to his new home at Texas CRES, LLC, where he works first hand and side by side with Joel English, the company's presidentprincipal broker.

Growing up in Northwest Houston, Alex has a very good understanding and is extremely knowledgeable about what is going on in his own community. Alex has worked closely with developers, brokers, investors, tenants, and landlords to help new businesses prosper and assist in future developments to come in the North and Northwest Houston areas.
