Alex Winsor joined Olive Real Estate Group in 2013 to further expand The Retail Group, a division of Olive Real Estate Group focusing on retail & restaurant leasing, sales and development. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2012 with a Bachelors of Language Arts & Sciences in Sociology, Alex began his real estate career as a Leasing Agent for Holland Residential where he was awarded Top Leasing Agent in the state, multiple times.

Alex is involved with multiple non-profit and volunteer organizations to further support and advance the economic vitality of the Pikes Peak region. These organizations include the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC, the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and Rising Professionals organization.

As a native to Colorado Springs, Alex has an intimate knowledge of the unique Colorado Springs commercial real estate market and is committed to supporting the long-term economic vitality of the city.
