Alex is the managing director of SVN | True Real Estate Partners where he splits his time betweenoversees three offices in Santa Rosa, CA; Novato, CA; and Austin, TX,, and also works as a Senior Advisor at SVN| Angelic (SVN's capital markets group).

Alex operates in both the investment sales and financing world, and is also a principal investorowner from time to time. In addition to investment brokerage, he has been a key part of significant value-add projects predominantly in the shopping center asset class where him and his team assisted clients with their aggressive leasing efforts which resulted in meaningful upside and successful projects even throughout the recent uncertain timeseconomy.

Alex services multiple asset classes including but not limited to retail, office, medical, multifamily and various types of land. In addition to his traditional brokerage services, Alex specializes in off market property acquisitions on behalf of private and corporate clients where him and his team source off market deals in markets where the desired asset is predominantly unavailable.
