ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Alec Miller

Alec joins Avison Young as Senior Associate at the Phoenix office. Alec began his commercial real estate career with Strategic Retail Group and specializes in landlord representation and tenant representation.

Alec works with developers, landlords and investors to place strong tenants in a portfolio of power centers, grocery-anchored centers, pads, and other property types. In addition to project leasing, Alec has assisted with several land sales, pad sales and investment sales.

In working with a handful of regional tenants, Alec works to identify strategic expansion and relocation opportunities. He aids these tenants through the entire process of market analysis, site identification and contract negotiations.

Alec attended Arizona State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and minors in both Economics and French. In his free time, Alec enjoys playing golf to a zero handicap, and skiing.
